Learning Agreements
At the IBSS Chair, we can issue a Learning Agreement for our Bachelor’s and Master’s courses. Please read the following information carefully before submitting your request.
To determine whether, and which, course can be recognized, we require the following information:
- Course description, including syllabus and bibliography, in English, Spanish, or German.
- Number of ECTS credits. If you are going to a country that does not use the ECTS system, please provide a list of contact hours as well as a summary of the type and scope of course activities and examinations.
- For Master’s students: confirmation of the study level, either through the module description or, if not indicated there, via an official link or official information from the host university. Master’s students can only transfer courses that are also at the Master’s level.
- Name of the module from our Chair that you would like to have recognized as equivalent.
- Please send this information by email exclusively to Jaime León and include a descriptive subject line in your message.
Please refrain from sending inquiries regarding Learning Agreements to the chair holder or the secretary’s office.
After reviewing your documentation, we will inform you whether your Learning Agreement has been approved. Please note that the processing time may take up to four weeks, and incomplete requests may cause additional delays.
